I have received a lot of questions asking for a bike update lately, also a lot of questions as to why I sold my 735tr.

I like to ride my bikes and the Leader wasn’t getting used as much as it should so I figured it was time to move it on.

As far as bike updates go I really have nothing. I got a 44t Fyxo chainring, very round and I only hear good things about these. Messengers use them and they thrash parts so they must be good. After running 52x18/52x19 for ages I’m trying out compact gearing 44x16 and hey what do you know it feels exactly the same! 

Bigger chainring = More gangster….. Guess I’m not very G.

I have some new wheels on the way, Phil Wood hubs black (low flange front/high flange rear) 32h. DT stainless spokes and some Velocity aerohead rims. 

Professional bike fit next week so after that I’ll be looking to buy a new frame, I’m really liking the Histogram frames right now but I’ll go with whatever fits best.
